How to Create an MGH Patient Gateway Profile for First-Time Access
- Go to the official MGH Patient Gateway portal at patientgateway.org.
- Click “Enroll” if you don’t have an activation code.
- Enter your legal first name, last name, date of birth, address and zip code to verify identity.
- Provide a valid email address and mobile number for two-step verification.
- Also Provide Medical record number and SSN (if available)
- Create a unique username and strong password (include letters, numbers, and symbols).
- Set up security questions and answers for account recovery support.
- Accept the Mass General Brigham Patient Gateway Terms & Conditions.
- Click the “Submit” or “Next” button to proceed with enrollment.
- Check your email or phone for a verification link or code.
- Log in using your new credentials to access your secure patient dashboard.
